Opening hours

The user rooms and the service hotline (information) are open, with the exception of public holidays, from:

  • Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m

Operating hours

The data center has staffed operation with the exception of public holidays:

  • Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Outside of these hours, the computing facilities are unattended.

Maintenance hours

The computing facilities are operated continuously on all days of the week. The only exceptions are the times required for hardware or software maintenance. The preferred maintenance period is every Thursday between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In urgent cases (e.g. important security updates), other times are also possible. The expected duration of the maintenance work can be viewed here.
