Our offer

We provide your institution with Anthropic Claude Enterprise through GWDG. GWDG operates the central Claude Enterprise organization; the people you submit are added as named seats.

The service is in pilot operation. Via the booking form you submit your institution, the number of licenses you need, a usage limit per person (in USD $, at least 20 USD per person), and at least one technical contact person. You then receive an offer; once payment is received, we contact the technical contact person to determine the users and create the accounts.

Billing runs through your procurement office and consists of the fixed seat costs plus a usage-based share for using the Claude models. All amounts are billed in US dollars (USD $). The per-person usage limit caps monthly usage and prevents unexpectedly high bills.
