Our offer

We provide you with access to commercial AI models made available through external cloud providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure AI Foundry). This lets you use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex via an endpoint we provide.

The costs incurred by your usage are billed monthly directly via the procurement office of your employer that you specify. There is no upper limit for usage; the amount of the costs depends on your consumption of the AI models. Please agree on the financial framework with your employer in advance.

Data Protection Profile

Requests go directly to the Microsoft Foundry endpoint. The Responses API can keep conversation state server-side for a limited time. Responses API response data is retained for 30 days by default. Extended prompt cache retention can keep cached prefixes active for up to 24 hours. See the Microsoft references on Responses API conversation storage and prompt caching. Because of the Cloud Act, it cannot be excluded that the manufacturers may use the data or be required to provide it to the US government. This access path is therefore intended for use cases where this trade-off is accepted, for example agentic coding on non-sensitive code bases.

Administration and Activation

Administration follows the same model as ChatAI, with the following differences:

• This service uses soft limits that trigger an email to the user at 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, and 100 % consumption. The reason is that hard cost limits per request are not always available from the providers.
• Self-service for creating API keys with sub-limits is not yet available for this service; this feature is currently restricted to ChatAI. A web portal for self-service is planned.
• This service is not enabled by default but is unlocked for specific use cases where the data-protection trade-off of the Responses API (see the Data Protection Profile section above) is consciously accepted.
